Maid and laundry service are both available, and maintenance works around the clock. Your reputable and thoughtful landlord is extremely responsive and hands-on, one of the best in Boston. All of the buildings have been recently renovated and updated; while some are more historic than others, some are babies at just 10 or 12 years old. The Rolls Royce of heating systems and a high-tech air-conditioning system is downstairs, ensuring an efficient bill come winter or summer.

Studios range from $1,000–$1,400; one-bedrooms range from $1,100–$2,200; two-bedrooms range from $1,800–$3,500; and three-bedrooms range from $3,500–$5,000. Duplexes are available; every floorplan is unique. Some apartments include heat and hot water and/or central air conditioning, but be sure to specify this. No pets, please.
