Where to Eat
This building is located close to the North End with tons of top notch Italian restaurants as well as the numerous restaurants in the Faneuil Hall area. In addition, here are some of the locals’ favorites:
-Houston’s 5 minute walk. Located in Faneuil Hall, Houston’s has an expansive bar where you can get a variety of unique mixed libations; the kitchen excels at serving heaping salads, fall-off-the-bone ribs and perfectly cooked steaks.
-Ruth's Chris Steak House 3 minute walk. Located in Boston’s Old City Hall building, this popular New Orleans steakhouse features dark wood, comfortable booths, and perfectly cooked USDA corn-fed beef served sizzling in butter.
-Spire Restaurant 5 minute walk. Located in the chic Nine Zero Hotel, come to Spire to sip pomegranate martinis with the trendy set and stay to sample the extensive wine list and adventurous cuisine. Named one of America's 50 Best Hotel Restaurants
  -Union Oyster House 7 minute walk. The country’s oldest restaurant in continuous serve will lure you in with their award-winning chowder and completely win you over with their old school raw bar and fresh fish entrees.

Where to Work Out

Getting Around:
-State Station Blue and Orange Lines – 3 minute walk.

Where to Shop:

Where to Relax :
-AMC Loews Boston Common 7 minute walk. 19 screens are housed in this stadium-seating mega-theatre which features plenty of show times, traditional snack bar fare, as well as an upscale cappuccino and ice cream shop.
-Theatre District 5 minute walk. Theatre, opera and ballet aficionados can walk to the theatre district in minutes and see performances of the highest quality.
