What I really
try to provide for my buyers is a service
that makes the home buying process easier,
less stressful and in general more pleasant.
A lot of buyers feel that getting involved
the the home buying process is like buying
a car, something that not many people I've
ever met actually enjoy.
What I'm here to do is make the experience
entirely unlike that!
My years of sales experience has taught
me the most important quality buyers looks
for in a transaction is responsiveness.
When you call with questions I'll answer
the phone or respond quickly...you'll have
my cell phone number.
I'm not one of these brokers insulated from
my buyers by "voicemail", only
returning calls once a day. I'm really here...working
for you.

try to make this a "one stop shop"
as much as possible, handling as many parts
of the process as you're willing to let
me. If you have a lawyer, lender or home
inspector that you know and want to use,
great. If not I can recommend people that
my past buyers have used with good results.
You don't want to go to
that home inspection at 7:30 Saturday morning?
I'll do it while you sleep in or travel!
You don't want to drive in to the listing
agents office at 10:30 on a Tuesday night
to make sure that Purchase and Sale Agreement
you've signed is delivered before the deadline?
That's my job and why I'm working for you.
Unlike some other buyer
agents I don't ask my buyers to sign an
exclusivity contract. If you are not happy
with my service then you can move on, no
hard feelings.
I try not to have more
clients than I can give the highest level
of service to at all times. I get my future
clients through referrals from satisfied
customers and if you aren't happy with how
I work for you you're not going to recommend
me (not a very good business model!).
In just about all cases
my services are paid for by the seller of
the property. Of course like all other buyer
agents my loyalty is to you. Unlike a listing
agent though, I'm working to find YOU the
best property at the best price, negotiate
the best P&S terms and make YOUR part
of "the deal" easier.
There will be no pressure
to "make a decision" or place
an offer quickly. I've worked with people
who have take 6 months or a year to find
their dream home. I've also had luck finding
it for them in 1 day.

Buyers Agents Responsibilities
As a buyers agent my fiduciary responsibility and loyalty
is to the buyer.
Your confidentiality will be maintained throughout the
transaction.
Unlike a listing agent I CAN tell you information that
will help you get a lower price. In a hot market I'll
help you get YOUR offer accepted.
I will search for and forward you listings based on
your criteria or further research any properties you
might find on your own. I'm not pushing only our offices
listings. My job is to help you find the right property
that you want.
Your offers will be presented to sellers and I will
negotiate pricing and the terms of your Purchase and
Sale according to your instructions. Getting the closing
date that works for you and addressing inspection and
repair issues are all part of the process.
I take care of the incidental steps in the process
such as monitoring deadlines, transferring paperwork,
arranging appointments and showings and interfacing
with listing agents, lawyers, lenders and inspectors.
When paperwork has to be signed I'll arrange to get
it to you.
