Here is a basic one-bedroom layout. The stairs to the sleeping area flip up to reveal a large storage area. There is additional storage above the bath in the area marked "loft." Although these apartments are smaller in scale, they are intelligently designed and very efficient! The prices range from $1150 to around $1500. There are several larger apartments with unique loft layouts as well.
